About IndoDesk

An Indonesian business setup consultancy for founders from South Asia, the Gulf and beyond — company registration, investor visas and yearly compliance, handled by one team.

What we do

IndoDesk registers PT PMA companies — Indonesian limited companies with foreign shareholders — and arranges the visas and stay permits their owners need. We work from Jakarta and Bali and serve clients remotely in more than 40 countries, most of them from Pakistan, India and the United Arab Emirates.

  • PT PMA company registration: KBLI check, notarial deed, Ministry of Law approval, NIB through OSS and the company tax number.
  • Investor KITAS (E28A) and family stay permits for spouses and children.
  • C2 business visas for meetings and market research before you commit.
  • Ongoing compliance: quarterly LKPM reports, monthly and annual tax filings, and company amendments.

How we work

Every client has one case manager from the first call to the first LKPM report. We work in English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia, so legal details are explained in a language you are comfortable with. Company registration is fully remote: you sign an apostilled power of attorney at home and our notary and licensing team do the rest. You only need to travel to Indonesia to activate your KITAS.

We publish starting prices and confirm one all-in quote, government fees included, after a short document check.

How we check facts

Indonesian investment and immigration rules change often, and many websites still quote numbers from 2021. Our guides follow a simple policy:

  • Primary sources first. Figures are checked against the regulation itself — for example BKPM Regulation 5/2025 for capital and LKPM rules, Government Regulation 28/2025 for OSS licensing, and official immigration announcements for visas.
  • Dated and sourced. Each guide shows when it was published and last updated, and names the regulation behind each key number.
  • Updated when rules change. We review our pages when a new regulation is issued and correct them promptly. If you spot an error, email hello@indodesk.com and we will fix it.
  • Guidance, not legal advice. Our guides explain how the rules work in practice. Your own case depends on your sector, nationality and documents, which we review in a consultation.
